Farmers have long understood the relationship between healthy soil, good food and human wellbeing.
Increasingly, these connections are beginning to enter conversations in healthcare too.
This small gathering in Queenstown brings together perspectives from farming, food systems and mental wellbeing.

George Street Orchard — experienced a little differently.

In 12 days, I’ll be hosting a small, reflective workshop exploring ikigai and our relationship with everyday green spaces.

The morning will be at Taste Nature, followed by an afternoon at George Street Orchard with Rory Harding in conversation about care, patience and what tending land teaches us about wellbeing.

This isn’t a lecture or therapy session.
It’s a thoughtful half-day for people who value reflection and meaningful conversation.

If you’re curious but unsure whether it’s for you, feel free to message me.
