In-Spiral An invitation to journey inwards and (re-) discover your Self Jooske runs her holistic massage and energy-work clinic -Spiral from the Embodiment Collective.

Here she offers massage and energy work to support people reconnecting with their body, mind and spirit. Jooske Honig practices relaxation massage including intuitively guided release of deep tension patterns. She trained at the Lotus College of Natural Therapies. Jooske is a Certified intuitive energy reader, trained in The Netherlands where she successfully completed her 4 year training in 2004. An energy reading, helps you to explore the deeper reasons behind physical pain, or to simply explore your unique spiritual and emotional journey. Deeper work for Self Awareness and self Connection is where she offers bodywork exercises and guided meditations along with journaling and self inquiry these are offered to support healing and growth from this point of knowledge. It is a deep and beautiful process♥

Jooske also teaches and coaches Acroyoga/ Stack N Flow and Private Acro Coaching sessions. Jooske Honig is a passionate Acroyogi who started her Acro journey in 2011 in Te Anau NZ. Taught by International Acroyoga instructors Jason and Chelsey Magness, co-founders of Yoga Slackers, Jooske ‘s love was awakened. Since then she has attended further training with them as well as other Acro teachers in Aotearoa, the US and in her native country of the Netherlands. In the US she attended Acroversity and Divine Play (2017) and recently travelled in combination with visiting family to the Dutch Acrobatic Convention 2018. In January 2018 Jooske received her certificate in Acromastermind Teacher Training. Based in Dunedin, she teaches Acroyoga foundations and Intermediate acroyoga training sessions along with private acro coaching. She has offered workshops at festivals such as Circulation, Autumn Arena, Dunedin Fringe, Waitati music fest, Vogel st street party and The Mix New Year’s festivals over the last 4 years. Her teaching is a combination of different practices and styles of movement that Jooske has worked with over the years. Jooske has been part of creating and performing at events such as 2017 Fragments of a Dream, 2018 Dunedin Fringe Festival The Hands That Bind Us, 2018 The Mullet Festival, 2019 Strork/DANZ at the Dunedin Fringe Festival.

The Beginning of a Journey
This is the first gathering in a new initiative—a series of deep mahi in togetherness. Transformational depth combined with insight space to shift into the transformation you are asking for.
We're creating something rare: a place to return to. A community that goes beneath the surface. A practice of coming together to witness, to reflect, to awaken what's been unconscious. Each gathering explores a different theme—the places where we all struggle, where we get stuck, where real change becomes possible.

This first circle sets the container. It introduces you to how we work, what's possible when we commit to going deeper together, and the power of collective wisdom. If this resonates, you're invited to continue the journey through the series.

The festive season is coming. The expectations. The performances. The ways we're supposed to show up.
But what if this year was different?
What if you could align yourself with what is actually important to you? What if you could stand for what matters, not what's expected?
This morning is an invitation to come home to yourself before the season sweeps you away.

I'm deeply grateful to announce this collaboration with Transformation With Tee, Tee — a partnership that allows me to bring my mahi into a more accessible, community-held space.

The weaving of our two hearts means full trust, integrity, and loving presence — grounded in a powerful weave of conscious connection. Together, we're creating sacred space where we can explore, practice, and share — facilitated with care, grounded awareness, and held by the collective wisdom we tap into and reflect back.
Guiding people back to authentic connection with self — supporting you to feel your clarity and awaken your empowerment.

"Beneath the Surface" is an invitation to connect with community on a deeper level — through sharing, connection, and practices of emotional awareness that help you stay in touch with yourself.
We begin with an introduction to this bi-monthly gathering of hearts, embracing a theme that's pressing for many right now: the festive season and Aligned Heart.
This time can bring up challenging emotions and triggering situations. Our invitation is to share and connect, to be heard and witnessed, and through that, reconnect with your own unique source of inner knowing — giving space to listen to self and from there connect with what is in front of you.

Our gatherings honor the wholeness of body, mind, and spirit, woven together with whānau — the strength of community togetherness — aligned with te whare tapa whā.

We explore three themes across our gatherings:

Aligned Heart
Saturday 22nd November, 10am-1pm
Integration: Tuesday 25th November, 7-8pm (Zoom)

Embodied Choice
Saturday 11th January, 10am-1pm
Integration: Tuesday 14th January, 7-8pm (Zoom)

Awakened Self
Saturday 14th March, 10am-1pm
Integration: Tuesday 17th March, 7-8pm (Zoom)

We hope this lands as an inclusive event where all feel welcome. Our door is open to koha requests — please reach out if this aligns with your heart but cost is a barrier.

In-Spiral is a small business setup by Jooske Honig About me I am a mother of three boys, living a busy life with a great passion for AcroYoga, Massage and Energy work. Life has always intrigued me, exploring emotions, the processes and searching deeper into myself. I love what I do, the art and practice of massage, relaxation and support, are deeply ingrained into my being and I look forward to helping you on your personal journey. Relaxation Massage/Swedish Massage, Intuitive Massage, Energy Reading, Chakra Balancing, Self guided Healing and Healing and Re-focus sessions available on appointment. Cancellation/ rescheduling is fine 24hrs before the booked appointment Otherwise i will have to charge the full amount.
