☠ The fitness industry is riddled with pre-workout choices – most of which have unpronounceable ingredients, dodgy numbers/fillers and costs an arm and a leg just for a few grams.
💪 We’re here to let you know that you don’t have to go down that route.
📋 Here’s a list of pre-workout alternatives you can try prior to your next training session:
🍌 Half a Banana
🥔 1 Heaped Tablespoon of Nut Butter (Peanut/Cashew/Almond)
🌾 1/2 Organic Oat Bar with Drizzle of Honey on Top
🍊 1-2 Mandarins with Handful of Walnuts
🧃 Glass of Beetroot Juice
🍎 3-4 Apple Slices
🍵 2-3 Spoons of Greek Vanilla Bean Yoghurt + Matcha
🔋 Electrolytes with Water
🍇 Handful of Organic Grapes or Blueberries
🥤 Vitalising Greens Smoothie (Organic Pea Protein + Coconut Water + Tablespoon of Peanut Butter + 1/3 Banana + Vitalising Greens)
⏳ Ensure you consume the above alternatives 20-30 minutes prior to training.
