💧 Whether you drink before, during or after training, it’s important to avoid sculling large amounts of liquid in a short time.
✅ Correctly hydrating yourself can quickly be overlooked; but in doing so, you help regulate body temperature, prevent dehydration and improve overall performance.
🤢 On the flip side, sculling your drink can lead to stitch, electrolyte imbalances, increase in fatigue levels and even nausea.
💪 Don’t wait to work up a sweat when training, instead, keep your sipper bottle close-by and drink small amounts after each set without interrupting your rest period.
