A C.A.R.E. Champion is someone who brings our values of Competence, Authenticity, Respect, and Empathy to life in everything they do.
This year is the very first time Sound Care Group is honouring these extraordinary individuals. Across all facilities, residents, families, and staff submitted nominations to recognise team members who consistently go above and beyond. From these heartfelt nominations, each home selected one C.A.R.E. Site Winner, the person who best represents our Culture of Care.
At the end of the year, from all site winners we will choose the Sound Care Group C.A.R.E. Champion 2025.

Angeβs empathy and compassion truly set her apart. As a Healthcare Assistant, she has a natural way of making residents feel safe, respected, and truly heard. Through her gentle words, warm presence, and patient care, Ange builds meaningful connections especially within memory care, where her attentiveness makes a real difference.
She consistently goes above and beyond, ensuring residents are comfortable, well-presented, and cared for with dignity. Families often share how much they appreciate her kindness, patience, and genuine support not just for residents, but for everyone who walks through our doors.
Through her dedication, professionalism, and heart for people, Ange beautifully embodies what C.A.R.E. means at Sound Care Group.
