​One of the most important goals before bed is lowering your heart rate. When your heart rate drops, your body finally switches from "Fight or Flight" to "Rest and Digest" mode.
​How to prep for a high-performance tomorrow:
​🍽️ Early Last Meal: Stop eating at least 3–4 hours before bed. Digestion is an active process that keeps your heart rate elevated. Giving your stomach a break allows your heart to slow down and focus on repair.

​Let’s be honest: Whether you’ve been driving the tractor, staring at spreadsheets, or scrolling through your phone... by 5 PM, your neck often feels like it's burning.

It’s not just "tiredness." It’s physics.
Your head weighs about 5kg (like a bowling ball). When you lean forward, your neck muscles have to act like emergency brakes to stop that bowling ball from dropping.
