It is helpful to remember that 'who-we-are-how-we-are-feeling-what-we-are-thinking' all goes to create the environment we share with others. That asks us to give up judging and thinking we have the answer they need. In short, it asks us to focus and rest in the Space of the Heart. It works with babies, toddlers, children, teens, adults, animals ... Or in the words of Bhagawan Nityananda, "The heart is the hub of all sacred places. Go there and roam."

I adore the ferns of this magical land. Recently when I was blessed to do a wee hikoi on the West Coast, at Punakaiki the energy was all encompassing - Like being wrapped in a warm loving embrace. The kind of embrace where you know you are safe and that space where all things are possible.
Then I came across this korero from Firstlight Flower Essences NZ® that I had shared 5 years ago - A great time to re-share. I adore these essences and that is why I choose to work with them, with all of my clients, no matter what other modality I am also working with.

Living in Japan was the best medicine to shift my unconscious biases. I was literally running loose on ‘judgements’, laughing at this and that, thinking my way was the best. Arrogant eh?! I had no idea of my biases at that time… I was to learn very quickly that there is more than one way to do things!…”
