The Ministry of Health has issued a public warning about the Suntree - Vanilla Cream (30ml) va**ng product as it contains too much of a chemical associated with a lung injury called ‘popcorn lung’.

It has been reported that there is 6 locations of interest in Feilding linked to the measles cases in the Waiarapa.

Measles is highly contagious! Early symptoms include runny nose and eyes, cough and fever followed a few days later by a rash.

The places of interest are listed in the attached link. Please keep an eye on your children for any of the mentioned symptoms and seek medical advice if they present with them.

An amazing kaupapa - Next Gen Youth Market is happening this Saturday, 20th July at the Feilding Civic Centre (corner of Aorangi and Stafford Street).

This is a youth-led, youth-powered event featuring:

20+ youth stalls showcasing incredible rangatahi talent from handmade crafts to artwork, baking, and more.

3 food trucks on site to keep you warm and fed.

A chance to tautoko (support) our local youth entrepreneurs.

🕤 Time: 10:00 AM – 1:00 PM
📍 Location: Feilding Civic Centre
💸 Cash only - please bring change to support the stalls

This kaupapa is all about empowering youth through creativity, business, and community spirit. We’d love it if you could stop by, share the word, or even just tell a friend or whānau member.

Unfortunately we will be closed these holidays for the holiday programme.

Being mid year we want to ensure our staff don’t burn out and think they all deserve a good break to reset and recharge.

Looking after our staff at Te Pae O Te Rangi is number one priority because if they are well looked after our community will reap the benefits of them being at their best.

We hope you all have a wonderful time over the school holidays and look forward to seeing you all next school holidays.

MATARIKI
(The Eyes of The Ariki)
