Kia ora e te whānau,
We had an absolute blast taking you through a workout today 💥 while Mum enjoyed a 1 to 1 session with our newest team member (official intro coming soon 👀).
She brings great energy, is deeply community-focused, and has strong experience in both PT and group training. We’re excited about what she adds to our space.
The session focused on balance, coordination, footwork, agility, reaction time, spatial awareness, and body control, using ladder drills, cones, and hurdles to keep things engaging and purposeful.
These kinds of exercises don’t just build fitness; they support confidence, focus, and strong movement foundations for everyday life and sport. 💪🥊
