Winter is here – and so are cold feet, cracked heels, and stubborn chilblains! Keep your feet happy and healthy this season with these simple tips:
👣 Keep Them Dry – Moisture from wet shoes or socks can lead to fungal infections. Always dry between your toes and wear moisture-wicking socks.
🧼 Moisturise Daily – Cold weather dries out the skin. Apply a thick heel balm or foot cream at night to prevent cracks and rough skin.
🧤 Warm, But Not Tight – Avoid tight shoes and socks that restrict circulation. Wool socks are great for warmth and breathability.
🛁 Avoid Hot Soaks – Tempting as it is, soaking in hot water can make dry skin worse. Go for lukewarm water instead and dry thoroughly.
