Training Phases: For you to better understand the focus of each session and why we do what we do…it’s not just random! There will be a few chosen movements (for both Strength & Hybrid sessions) that will be our focus for each 8-week phase. Overall, the sessions will still target all muscle groups and movements.
Day to day, the sessions won’t feel too different, this is just a way for you all to understand the building blocks of sessions and trust the process!
