It’s time to check in with our main strength movements to see where we’re at.
Not only to build on our strength & technique, but to set some goals and give us some added focus & accountability in our sessions!
Why is it important to test our strength?

✅ To keep you accountable to your capabilities & not staying in your comfort zone.

✅ To build confidence in and out of the studio.
