Amy is a great example that consistency is key!! Through her dedication, she has made impressive improvements in her fitness, strength, and overall wellbeing. Shes also consistent at joining us for post-session coffee club!

Charlotte is a busy mum of 4, juggling all the things that life throws at her - yet amongst the madness she still prioritises time for herself, shows up to sessions and puts in the effort!

Jonny brings energy, effort, and a whole lot of enthusiasm to every session.

He’s got a love-hate relationship with wallballs (heavy on the hate), and somehow always convinces himself he’s picked the hardest exercise first… every single time.

Jonny shows up and gives 100% in every class, and it’s paying off—his strength has gone through the roof since joining 💪🏻

Edit: APRIL FOOLS 🤣 Sorry to anyone who thought this was serious (a scary amount of you 😅)….we will not be switching our barbells and dumbbells for trampoline ! The benefits of strength training FAR out-weigh trampoline…and I certainly do not have the coordination to coach AND jump!!

Once you’ve built the movement foundations - you need to be challenging yourself with load!
You won’t reap the benefits of strength training if you keep picking up weights that are comfortable and not challenging you.

Peri-menopause ladies, this is ESPECIALLY important for you - your body needs this challenge (from load and intensity) to promote a metabolic shift and see the changes you want!

If I programme you to work at a 9/10 or 10/10…this is what it should look like! Your double chins should be fighting for their life and you certainly shouldn’t be able to chat through an entire set 😅
