Many thanks to Graham Murphy for holding on the hay Geraldine RDA purchased last year. A big thank you to Brad Rodgers for the lend of the truck to get the hay to Browns. And, as always, thank you to Hamish and Jenny for storing the hay for us (and also assisstant tractor driver Frankie!).

A wonderful tidy up of our shed and revamp of our mounting blocks! (Katla gives her approval!) Many thanks to Gerladine ITM for the good deal on the Solargard paint used. It is great how the locel Geraldine businesses support Geraldine RDA! Fantastic work from the 'volunteered' Russ and Graeme under the watcheful supervision and help from Carolyn and Cheryl! Appreciation all around!

Our last riding session for the year and it is NOT RAINING!!!!! So all on for Riding today 9th December. Everyone be prepared for a fun game!... a clue - Christmas is coming!

The weather Gods were not listening when we said we wanted fine Tuesdays for Geraldine RDA! We had steady overnight rain and it is not looking like clearing in a hurry so, unfortunately, we will have to cancel riding today 2nd December. It had better be fine for our last session for the year next Tuesday!

A bit wet yesterday but we booked in for a fine Tuesday and we have one today 25th November! It may be a bit wet on the grass but that does not deter Geraldine RDA! Plus it is Jenny B's birthday today and I am sure Gaye will bring cake....... hopefully......😅

Fingers crossed the weather holds off today for our riding, 18th November! We think it a bit rude that Jenny H is not coming today after a knee replacement yesterday - what does she think crutches are for?????🤣

Overnight rain to freshen things up (and make the grass nice and wet....) but it seems to have cleared now with a patch of blue sky showing, so all on for riding today 11th November. And a Happy Birthday to our Geraldine RDA President Jenny Hall (We are not mean enough to put her age....)

Who would have thought snow showers last Tuesday and 22 degrees forecast for today 4th November!A somewhat unsettled spring but it is fine today do we will take what we get! Some new riders coming day so fun all around!

Who would have predicted that we would be cancelling Geraldine RDA due to snow at the end of October! Heavy rain yesterday, overnight snow (and flakes still drifting down now!) plus being rather chilly means we wil not be having riding today, 28th October. The ponies will be pleased to see us with breakfast this morning! We hope next week will be a bit more seasonal!
