Well we did try but the weather did not co-operate with riding today. Geraldine RDA will now go into recess for the winter. As always, many thanks to our wonderful team of volunteers - we could nto run without you all! Also great support from local businesses and individuals (especially Aorangi Veterinary Services). Thank you to Jenni at Temuka Primary and Sarah at Geraldine Primary for selecting our lovely bunch of children to come along. Plus Donna, Jessica, Mandy (and sometimes Sue) for maintianing control over them all!

The forecast is not wonderful but it is not raining - AT THE MOMENT! So we will try for our riding session today 26th May. Bring warm clothes!

It is Tuesday and it is fine! It may be a bit chilly but we are planning on our riding session today 19th May. Winter is coming fast so we are getting sessions in while we can!

A very chilly start but looks like a noce day brewing for riding today (it cannot be colder than last week!) 12th May. It is fine and sunny with ground conditions still good so we will keep going while we can!

Yippee! The sun is shining (not sleet like last Tuesday!), the birds are singing, the ponies are clean (-ish) and we are riding! So all on for RDA today in Geraldine 28th April!

What can we say but Yuck! A miserable day following rainy days has left our paddocks very wet, plus it is COLD today - a high of 6C forecast! Therefore we are cancelling riding today 21st April. I predict fine weather for next week!

Well it is not an incredibly nice day but it is NOT raining (at the moment!) and it IS our last riding for this term and it IS Easter so we will try for our session today, 31st March. Bring warm clothes and I will book in the Easter Bunny!

A bit of a misting start but we are confident it will clear in time for riding this morning 24th March! We are predicitng a lovely fine day by 10.30am (OK - our predictions are not always accurate but the forecast does say it is going to clear....).

Yes, it is Tuesday and yes, it is raining so riding is cancelled today 17th February. But we cannot complain as it is only rain and we are a lot better off than other places over the last couple of days! Reminder of our AGM tonight 7.00pm Catholic Church meeting room, Hislop Street. All welcome.
