On another note.. We have keys for our new space n im spending the next week setting us up n then we'll be ready to detox whānau.. Another beautiful day here in Gtown whānau & I'm pumpin on my hīkoi up Titirangi maunga aka Kaiti Hill! This be my 3rd time up this week & thats my goal smashed! Its a huuge achievement for me, from livin sedentary n not doin much consistently for my Hauora to Boom! Girl slayed it! 💪 💯 💃 In sayin that it's still early days!🤭 I'm givin myself the kudos I deserve 🤗homai te pakipaki gal.. Pat meself on the tuarā!!

My goal for next week be 5 times for the week! Let's see if I can smash that goal! Yesss I'm a big goals person.. I need them incentives to pump me up and keep me motivated not only physically but mentally.

I've gotta say this has been the best thing for self regulating my nervous system after what I'd say has been a very draining and hectic, outta sort few years.. and finally!! I'm choosing me! Woop woop!! And why not..? No body else is choosing me lol 😂 no body else is gona walk for me are they lmfao 🤭🤗😂

Anyways... I'm happy.. Biggest smiles ever running DOWN that hill today.. Home to do my stretches work out.. Tend to my whare n meal prep for my week ahead... yes that's a big part of my intentional living and lifestyle change towards a better and stronger healthier and happier ME! 💪 Not only setting goals but setting those boundaries Whanau..

Saying no more.. To things.. And people that drain me, expect of me, feel entitled to me and my energy, time n resources I bring to the plate and just anything that doesn't align with me and my values 💫 I'm gonna say it..

It's the simple things in life that matter to me more than ever now! Ive missed been a whole mum to my babies, being mindfully present when their sharing their days with me, noticing the small things like they've gotten a cut on their finger and being able to attend to it, put sum ointment and a plaster on it kiss it better so that they know mum cares..

and ofc I care.. but I get it.. it's sooo hard been a woman and wearing 10 hats.. Working to provide, raising a family, caring for our home and pets, ensuring the bills are paid on time, foods in the cupboards, fuels in the car, lawns n grounds are tidy.. And the list goes on.. All mean while trying to make sure I'm GOOD..when I haven't been for a very lonnngg time 😔

The mental load is real... The drain is real. I think for me.. I've done a full circuit.. I'm comin back to my WHY, what I'm about and who I am, and what I want for my life..

I don't really want for nothing more than to know my babies are safe, happy, warm and know I love them.. 🤗 💕 so HERE i am! Taking care of me and our kurī Pearla rn. Shes getting a whole socialize and a whole wash at animates after this..

Do I care that I'm not working anymore?? Yesss.. does it bother me than I'm no longer living in survival MODE HELL NOOOOO 🤣
Im happier than I've felt in a very long time... Decompressing.. and releasing all the s**t that doesn't belong to me ✨ 👏 🎶 🤭

Fab news! I have some detox spaces open next week between 10am to 2pm next Sunday 7th December. Am booking out my regulars first and then happy to do any newbies.
