Good afternoon everyone
I am super excited to open our holiday programmes up.
Yes you read right, programmes, these holidays we are offering 2 choices for the children.
First we have our Active programme, this programme is a sport, game, interactive programme. The kids will be on the go all the time.
Second we have our Arty Crafty programme, this is definitely more for the quieter child, not the run around, although there maybe some time when the children will have some time outside we find the Arty Crafty ones just want to craft, so thats what we are offering them.
Both programmes will be based at Awapuni in the school hall. There will be different tablets for you to sign them in on based on what programme you booked them in for. So please make sure this is conveyed to anyone collecting your child.
We will not be doing any swaps if a child is booked in for the Active programme thats the programme they will attend, so please choose carefully as to what programme you are booking.
As per usual we will provide Breakfast, morning tea and afternoon tea and this will be for both groups. Parents you provide lunch, nothing that needs heating.
If booking your child on the Active programme please make sure they have a HAT, DRINK, SHOES everyday.
There will be no drop off, or collections from our off site activities. Children MUST be dropped and collected from Awapuni.
When on any outings as per usual all children need to be onsite by 8.30am, with Shoes and a drink. When we do go off site we will always be back on site by 2.45pm at the latest.

FAQ's
Can you book both programmes?
Absolutely, They could attend Arts 1 day and Active another.
Why when I look at the programme they are both doing the same thing ie Movie day, What difference does this make?
When we arrive back from the movies, the active programme will recollect and do their activities and the arts programme will get into their crafts.
Will the Active programme go off site everyday?
Possibly, whether it be a walk over to the beach or park etc that is why they MUST have HATS and SHOES and a DRINK.
Will the sports and games be the same everyday on the Active programme?
No we have a huge list of sports and games that we will be doing with the children and our goal is not to repeat any of them.
Can my child do half a day Active and half a day Arts?
No sorry they will need to stay with the group they were originally booked for.
Will the groups ever join together?
Its not our intention for this to happen, however it will be dependent upon numbers and obviously weather permitting, our goal at this stage is to run them as 2 seperate programmes only joining together in their break times.
