* Gentle movement, wellness workshops, outdoor activities, and opportunities to connect with other wāhine across Tairāwhiti. 🌿🏃♀️🧘♀️
* Family-friendly moments and spaces for sisters, mothers, daughters, and carers to come together. 👨👩👧👦💞

We’re excited to share this year’s Well Wāhine Week lineup. A full week of opportunities for women, girls and gender diverse people to connect, move and be active in a safe, inclusive and fun environment.
All sessions are completely FREE.

We’ll be kicking things off by celebrating International Women’s Day and the first day of Well Wāhine Week with a special sunrise hikoi up Titirangi maunga, followed by karakia and Pilates with Tilly. Velvet Roast Coffee will be there too, with coffee available to purchase.
