It’s time to put the weights down and enjoy a beautiful Christmas break! 🎄✨

We’d like to take this opportunity to wish all our clients a very Merry Christmas and a wonderful holiday period. A huge thank you as well to the Total Body team for all your incredible hard work and dedication throughout the year — we truly couldn’t do it without you.

The studio will be closed until 12 January 2026, when we’ll be returning to our fabulous new space in the Marina View Building.
