Takeaways...
clean eating.....sure!!
Of course you are best to make your own to control the oil and dressings etc BUT sometimes we just need to be cooked for!!
Some options:
-Chicken kebab on lettuce, onions, tomatoes. Hummus on side.
-Pita Pit salad.
-Cafe: Scrambled egg ( cooked with water or a TB of milk) with mushrooms/ spinach / tomatoes.
-A pot of hot water & lemon to sip on and enjoy.
