Hope everyone is dealing with the Daylight Savings Change over o.k :). Loving the sun at the end of the day, just not to keen on getting out of bed in the dark again :(.

I was sent a link to an interesting article the other day (I'll post the link in the comments, since Facebook seems to eat them). It talked about using scents as mood enhancers. Which got me thinking about the scents I use the most at home... and why.

I've always felt that smells can alter our moods, that's why I got into Aromatherapy in the first place :) Peppermint and Rosemary are good wake me ups (Have been using these regularly in the mornings this week). Lavender for calming, emotions or a hyperactive child, Citrus for when the winter weather starts to get me down, they are good for clearing the air, and the mind :).

So.... once I finished thinking.... I started blending and I've come up with 7 blends I use on a regular basis at home.... and now I'm after some volunteers.

I know why I use the blends, but I'd be interested to know what other's think, so I'm looking for 7 people to receive a mystery parcel from me. The parcel will contain a plastic bag with a number on it and a cotton ball soaked in an oil blend and some instructions on how to use it :)

Just a quick post today :) I'm still here and working on some new blends and Soaps.

Gift baskets have also been designed. Once I get a fine day, I'll take some pictures and post them up for you all to see.

I hope that everyone who received the soaps has been enjoying them :).

I am currently working on some more blends, including one to help calm down my little tornado... will keep you posted on how that goes.

I'm also working on some Christmas Blends, Soaps and Gift Baskets, I'll post more details next week. If you have any ideas on what you'd like in a gift basket, drop me a line :)
