Tonight is Week 6 of this yoga block 3, we are finishing with a deep meditation tonight to seal off the old and invite in the new, as we begin a new major cycle of life. Time to let go outdated patterns and attachments, release old lessons, and make space for fresh growth, purpose and more aligned opportunities.
A couple of free spaces in 6pm or 7.30pm class tonight, if anyone wants a casual class $25 just pop through a message.
