Nurse Clinic today Whanau in Gore @ Hokonui Runanga Inc from 12-4pm.

Nadine will be there today along with Podiatry - please note this is the last chance for Podiatry services for 2025.

Also we have a Health Coach available today, if you need help or advice around
• Changing behaviours for a healthier lifestyle
• Support with managing chronic health conditions
• Management of long term conditions such as obesity, diabetes, blood pressure, high cholesterol!

Nurse Led Clinic today is in Mataura from 12-4pm 👩🏽‍⚕️

Rosemarie will be at clinic today 🦶 This is her last clinic in Mataura for 2025.

Today some of the team helped assist Kanakana transferring. We do this at the Mataura Falls and move them further upstream so they can follow their path. We managed to transfer over 700 Kanakana today!

Clinic today in Mataura Whanau. Nadine will be there along with Jonnette (Health Coach) from 10-2pm.

Health coach’s can assist with the following
• To better understand your own health conditions
• Empower you to self manage your health
• Help Whanau make healthy choices
• Develop collaborative action plans that support health and wellbeing goals
• Link Whanau with other services that support their health and wellbeing.

Day Two of our Rangatahi Holiday Programme. Today we spent the day at Hokonui Runanga playing outside on the new playground, playing sports and doing arts and crafts! Rangatahi made some awesome artwork
! Big shout out to Subway Gore for supplying our Rangatahi with lunch today 😋

First day completed of our Rangatahi Holiday Programme ✅ Dolamore Park

Rangatahi were tasked with making huts, enjoying each other’s company and just good old fashioned playing outdoors!

Might be some tired Rangatahi.. and Kaimahi 🫣🤣
