Following my last post about concussion, I met with this lovely family and was so incredibly happy and grateful I was able to help their son get back to doing the sport he loves after two serious head knocks.

🌿 Let's talk concussion! 🌿

I've been working on a few clients lately, including kids, that have been holding a lot of pressure from serious head knocks. It's amazing to see and hear the change that our sessions have had on these individuals.

Concussions, even mild head knocks can have major affects on the body and your health. Your body can hold onto the pressure of the impact even if you don't feel symptoms.

Symptoms can include headaches, light sensitivity, memory loss, dizziness, mood swings, ringing in the ears, sleepiness and excessive fatigue.

✨ With lots of new visitors to my page I thought it was time to Reintroduce and let you know a bit more about me. ✨

🌿 I'm Jess - Our home in Halcombe has a labradoodle, two girls and a teenage boy and my builder hubby. We also run a construction company.
🌿 I finished my foundation training for ConTact CARE in October 2024 and set up a studio at home and to date have completed over 300 treatments with follow ups with some awesome results. I'm passionate about helping people and changing lives.
🌿 In my downtime I love to play golf, visit the beach/river, walking, reading, family time and catching up with friends.

I hope the Easter Bunny came to visit 😁🐰🐣. The school holidays have given me some time to work on my kids - especially my oldest who wound up with stitches the last week of school. My girls love getting a treatment - it's gentle, relaxing and safe.
