🌿 🙏The biggest Thank you!!! 🙏🌿

Phew what a crazy last three months! I've been pretty quiet on here, but not a reflection on the people I've been seeing through that time ☺️ The last term was 99% booked up in advance, I'm sorry to those that I couldn't manage to fit in. 😞

When I first started ConTact CARE in my cabin at home I hoped to be able help people balance and ease their pain, while still having flexibility to be there for my two girls for school trips, sports and all their after school activities. I never imagined it would grow as fast as it has and I am still working on finding my balance 🙈☺️

I am incredibly grateful for everyone's support, spreading the word, reviews and recommendations. It has been amazing and so rewarding to meet many beautiful people and share with them my passion and help with your healing. Thank you all, it means so much to myself and my family.

From my family to yours, we wish you all a safe, happy Christmas and New Year with your loved ones. I am going to enjoy some quality time with my fam during the holidays, but am looking forward to seeing you all again in 2026 💗

🌿 Concussion Testimonial 👇🌿

🌿 Let's talk concussion! 🌿

I've been working on a few clients lately, including kids, that have been holding a lot of pressure from serious head knocks. It's amazing to see and hear the change that our sessions have had on these individuals.

Concussions, even mild head knocks can have major affects on the body and your health. Your body can hold onto the pressure of the impact even if you don't feel symptoms.

Symptoms can include headaches, light sensitivity, memory loss, dizziness, mood swings, ringing in the ears, sleepiness and excessive fatigue.

✨ With lots of new visitors to my page I thought it was time to Reintroduce and let you know a bit more about me. ✨

🌿 I'm Jess - Our home in Halcombe has a labradoodle, two girls and a teenage boy and my builder hubby. We also run a construction company.
🌿 I finished my foundation training for ConTact CARE in October 2024 and set up a studio at home and to date have completed over 300 treatments with follow ups with some awesome results. I'm passionate about helping people and changing lives.
🌿 In my downtime I love to play golf, visit the beach/river, walking, reading, family time and catching up with friends.
