For those of you that use the good old magic brush for getting the coat out, do you ever use the back? Flip it over and try it, it does a great job of getting the dirt as well as the hair. Check out the video in the comments, this horse has pretty much lost all her coat but you can see what a good job it does removing the dirt. Yes, I know she needs a bath, but then I couldn’t show you what a good job it does 😜

Taupō bound for the National Thoroughbred Show, I have packed all my wet weather gear & jackets & woolly hats .. not a bikini in sight 😉 so you can thank me when the sun comes out!! 😜

This beautiful wee pony hast started her return to the show ring after a couple of years in the broodmare paddock. Isn’t she gorgeous 🥹🥰 & yes that is a wheelbarrow of fluff off 11hh of dainty pony

It must be spring time 🌸 my first competition of the season is booked 🙂
I am really looking forward to the National Thoroughbred Show, i will be there Friday afternoon & Saturday morning and I still have a few spaces available for turnout 🙂

Lynley Schollum (The Clip Clop Shoppe) has confirmed she is available at our show for all plaiting and turnout services!!! She will be arriving on the Friday afternoon and will be there on Saturday as well.

Here is a brief rundown on prices:

Mane & forelock plait $55 stitched
Tail plait $20
Make up $15
Quarter marks & sharks teeth $15
Mane pull/tail tidy etc $30
Full turnout - $95
(False plaits also available POA)

Book directly with Lynley. Please note, spaces fill up fast as Lynley is absolutely brilliant in her turnout services.
