It's been a while since my first time presenting at Exercise New Zealand Conference, this year I am giving two sessions with two topics,
1. Animal Flow for elderly
2. Start training the body you want in 5 years’ time, today.
I started personal training since 2010, after 14 years of teaching and coaching athletics. My job has been very practical, I am kneeling or crawling on the gym floor most of the time when I am coaching. These two sessions are just like my day to day job, I will be on the floor with you with my feet and hands.
