I support gut health and healing by applying principles of functional health and nutrition, and working within a holistic, lifestyle-oriented framework. Drawing on my years of applied psychology in both the public service sector, and the private corporate sector, I apply a unique blend of disciplines to achieve collaboratively identified health goals for my clients. se, which can sometimes feel overwhelming and endlessly contradictory. But then there is also the application of the knowledge - perhaps the trickiest part to reaching our health goals. I support the client health journey by leaning on my professional background as an executive coach and facilitator. My approach prioritises: creating an experience that feels safe, comfortable, and client-focused; working together in identifying health goals that feel achievable; and providing ongoing support along the health journey.
