"Before working with Ryan, I was struggling to lose weight, especially that stubborn belly fat many of us women find hard to lose. I had tried various restrictive diets that are out there but often felt unsatisfied and always starving due to the low amount of food.

I’m thrilled to share that now I’ve lost about 14 kilos and feel 100% better physically, mentally and emotionally! Even my friends have noticed how much calmer I am.

My gut health has improved significantly, and I’m learning so much about well-being. Thanks to Ryan’s program, I’ve totally transformed my eating habits. I often sing his praises, even at my GP’s office!

▪️Women in peri menopause/ menopause▪️

Stress and associated cortisol may well be the issue that is stopping you losing body fat and making you feel 💩 physically, mentally and emotionally.

Many coaches out there will tell you, to lose body fat "You just have to be in a calorie deficit"

That is a narrow and very uneduacted view.

The old eat less and exercise more line....FFS🤦‍♂️

Fact....over 80% of the women I coach end up eating MORE food when they work with me....and lose body fat....and have more energy....and feel better physically, mentally and emotionally.

It's not about eating less (that actually may well put your body under even more stress ramping your cortisol levels up further), it's about nourishing your body, nourishing your gut, hormones and metabolism so you can lose that body fat and thrive at the same time.

This is what I do!

A question for you....

One thing that I always seem to hear from people...

"Ryan doing what you do, you must eat healthy all the time"

"Ryan, you'd never eat a pie...would you?"

"Hey Ryan, come for dinner...we will make sure it's something really healthy"

Also.....people who know me like looking in my shopping trolley at the supermarket and hiding their surprise and what they see.....stop looking in my trolley!!!🤣

Look.....as per the photo evidence, I enjoy ALL food and so do my clients.

I, along with the women that I coach live by the 80/20 rule.

80% of the time...get the good stuff in for your goals. Protein, fibre, good fats, water etc...

20% of the time.....live life!! Enjoy the drinks and food you love.

You see, the reason most of us have failed at nutrition programs and plans in the past is because they have been too bloody restrictive.

Fu that! I need my Guinness, Good Coffee and Pies to be part of my life!

And...if we do the 80/20 rule, the 80% will always outweigh the 20% for results PLUS we get to enjoy life and actually form habits we can sustain.

It's not all or nothing like you have done in the past, it's a balanced approach that works!

It's about being consistently good, not perfect.

It's also about losing the guilt around "bad" food.

I often get this question....

Why do you coach women going through peri menopause and menopause?

Right...first the obvious. I'm a male.

Have I gone through peri menopause or menopause? No.

Will I? No.

So what makes me entilted to coach women through this phase in their life to get great results mentally, physically and emotionally.

3 reasons....

1. I am well qualified and experienced to coach this area.

2. I give a s**t.

3. I give a s**t.

You see....I have been in the nutrition/fitness industry for over 25 years.

I have owned gyms, personal trained, lectured, consulted and now my 100% focus is coaching women.

Through my years in this industry I have seen so many women struggle to get results physically, mentally and emotionally, especially through the varied menopausal stages.

Too often I have seen these women receive bull💩 advice from trainers, nutritionists and even some gps and specialists.

If they are struggling with weight, they are often told to eat less and move more.

If they are struggling with stress they are often told they need to up their exercise and "smash a workout" to relieve the stress ( fyi...this actually does the opposite)

If they are struggling with moods and emotions they are often given depression medication without even being asked about their lifestyle or nutrition.

Now, I'm not saying all cases are like this but sure as 💩 too many are!

I do what I do because women often spend many years having the focus on their family, kids, partner, career etc and put themselves down the priority list.

When the time comes that they want to actually do something to benefit themselves this often coincides with the stage of life hormones are bouncing all over the place.

This is tough to deal with and so many women give up on getting results pretty quickly as they often get the wrong advice and do the wrong things.

This is why I do what I do.

I coach my women clients both nutritionally and holistically.

I teach them how a flexible approach to nutrition is key to keeping consistent to achieve their results.

I coach them with gut health as the base and focus of attaining fantastic results.

I keep them educated, supported and accountable.

I am their biggest cheerleader and sometimes a right pain in their ass😎

But together we achieve great things❤️

When I focused on my gut health not only my physical health and energy improved to levels I hadn't had since my 20's, but also my mental and emotional health sky rocketed.

THAT is what gut health can do for you.✔️

One of my drivers for looking after my gut health is so I can be the best, fun, present, attentive parent I can be for my kids.

You have been thinking about making those changes towards a healthier, lighter, happier you for how long now?

Weeks? Months? Years?

The excuses keep rolling in...
"I'll wait until I'm motivated", "I'll start when I'm less busy", "Next month for sure".
