"Before working with Ryan, I was struggling to lose weight, especially that stubborn belly fat many of us women find hard to lose. I had tried various restrictive diets that are out there but often felt unsatisfied and always starving due to the low amount of food.
I’m thrilled to share that now I’ve lost about 14 kilos and feel 100% better physically, mentally and emotionally! Even my friends have noticed how much calmer I am.
My gut health has improved significantly, and I’m learning so much about well-being. Thanks to Ryan’s program, I’ve totally transformed my eating habits. I often sing his praises, even at my GP’s office!
I started this journey around 80 kg and now I’m sitting at 66.2 kg, while feeling more energetic than ever.
