🔥 Fat Loss Tips You Actually Need 🔥

1️⃣ Stop Aiming for a Perfect Calorie Number – It’s Stupid
If you’re still trying to hit exactly 1,700 calories every day, just stop. You’re not a robot. Give yourself a range, like 1,600 to 1,800, and keep going.
Nobody's life is falling apart because they ate 1,705 calories instead of 1,700. Seriously, calm down and make it sustainable.

2️⃣ Meal Prep is Trash. Do This Instead
Do you actually enjoy meal prepping? No, you don’t. Nobody does.
Spending hours on Sunday cooking tasteless food for the week is a waste of time.
What you need is ingredient prep. Have your essentials—lean meats, beans, veggies, rice, fruit, nuts, greek yoghurt—ready to throw together whenever you're hungry.
It’s way easier, way less miserable, and you’ll actually stick with it instead of getting sick of dry chicken by day three.

3️⃣ Keto is a Joke. Stop Believing in Fairy Tales
Oh, you’re thinking of doing keto?
Let me guess, someone told you carbs are the reason you have put on weight?
Keto isn’t some fat-burning magic trick. You’re just cutting out carbs, so you drop water weight and think you’re losing fat.
Wanna live your life without bread, pasta, or fruit? That’s just sad.
And let me be clear, as soon as you eat a normal meal again, BOOM, the weight's back. So stop trying to join the “no carb cult” and eat like a normal person.

4️⃣ Don’t You Dare Cut Out Fruit. It’s Not the Enemy
I don’t know who needs to hear this, but fruit isn’t making you fat.
Fruit is full of fibre, vitamins, and things your body actually needs.
If you’re scared of a banana but think eating bacon-wrapped everything is smart (yeah, keto, I’m talking to you), you need a reality check.
Stop demonising the healthiest food on the planet and eat some damn fruit.

5️⃣ Stop Giving Up Every Time You Struggle
You went over your calories one day? Who cares. Welcome to being human.
The scale didn’t move this week? It’s called fat loss, not instant magic.
The only way you fail is if you quit, so don’t fuc quit. Keep going. That’s the secret.

Ahhhhh Keto.....🤦‍♂️ Forget about that whole "balanced diet" nonsense, now it's all about diving headfirst into a fat fest and pretending it's the ultimate solution to all your health problems.

Keto is where you’re told to embrace butter and bacon like they’re health food, while fruit yes, fruit is treated like a villain.

Good luck explaining to your body why it can’t have an apple but can go wild on a stick of butter.

And don’t even get me started on your social life.

Say goodbye to spontaneous dinners with friends unless they’re down to share your block of cheese.

Your friends look at you sideways anyway because you're the person who brings cauliflower mash to a potluck.

Then there is the infamous "keto flu." Because, of course, a diet that makes you feel like you’ve got the actual flu for a week is clearly a sign of good health, right?

And while you might drop a few kilos initially, the minute you reintroduce a slice of toast, it’s like your body throws a party, and all that weight comes rushing back like it was just waiting for you to stuff up.

But the real star of the show? Keto desserts.
Oh yes, nothing says “treat yourself” like biting into a “chocolate” fat bomb that tastes like someone froze a stick of butter and dipped it in cocoa powder as a joke.

In the end, the keto diet is like that strange uncle who shows up to family gatherings with wild ideas, entertaining at first, but after a while, you’re just waiting for him to go home so you can order a pizza and return to sanity.

You know that moment when you dive into a delicious pie and suddenly feel like you’ve committed a food felony?

Let’s set the record straight: that pie is about 500 calories, and if your daily calorie deficit is around 1600, then you’ve still got plenty of wiggle room! So why the guilt?

It’s not the pie that’s going to make you fat; it’s the guilt that comes with it!
Let’s face it: if you’re on a yo-yo diet, stuck in the “good vs. bad” food battle, it’s time to kick that toxic mindset to the curb! 🚫

Life is too short to live in a food prison with bland salad as your only cellmate!
Instead of restricting yourself to a diet that makes you feel like a sad rabbit, let’s think about what YOUR body really needs. What does your gut crave to fire up that metabolism? What do your hormones need to keep you feeling fantastic?

Those personal trainers and nutritionists who preach about restrictive diets? They’re like the food police, always ready to slap your hand if you even think about enjoying a slice of cake. But here’s a secret: balance is where the magic happens! The 80/20 rule is your new best friend—enjoy your pie and let it be a part of your life now and then!
