Sometimes getting babies to sleep on their own without being held can be challenging! This is one creative way to try, the rocking motion over a floor bump, sends them off to dreamland.. most of the time 😂 ✨

There’s lots happening here in 2026 🎉

WFC recently said farewell to our Practice Manager, Jo Coulter, who has taken on a fabulous hands-on role at Hospice. She will be missed 🫶

We are currently in the process of hiring new staff, with interviews well underway! We have received a ton of applications and are excited to grow our team.

We’ve also been contacted by several people regarding parenting classes and events. We’re working on getting the ball rolling, with announcements coming soon.

Please comment us below, let us know what type of events you would love to see us do? Coffee group anyone?? Look forward to hearing your feedback on what you would love to see 😘

A HUGE shout out to everyone who donated to the WFC this month, your support helps immensely 🫶

That’s correct! We do not just support parents with little babies — toddlers can be challenging too.

Big emotions, boundary-testing, sleep changes, and constant movement can leave parents feeling exhausted and overwhelmed.

You don’t have to navigate this stage alone. We’re here to support you through every phase of your parenting journey 🥰

BIG THANKS! 🚙✨🙏

A few years ago, two amazing ladies named Emma and Shannon wanted to give back to the WFC, with the support of their husbands, they donated this wonderful brand new car -as a way of expressing their deep gratitude to the WFC. Both of these ladies came to the centre with challenges of reflux, sleeping issues and allergies. During those overwhelming early months, the nurses involved provided calm, practical + genuine supportive tools to help them grow in confidence.

“The reassurance and understanding we gained has stayed with us and is something we still pass on to other mums facing similar situations. Like so many families, we were met with warmth, kindness and care that was completely free of judgement. As part of the donation, the car has been sign-written with these ladies businesses included, Nissan King and Safeguard storage. With the help and support of John and Trudy Ingham at Ingham Motor Group, and combined with our own businesses, this was a small and meaningful way to show our continued support and gratitude for an organisation that makes such a lasting difference for families in our community”

Thanks so much Emma, Shannon and all the wonderful people involved in this donation, helping us get from A to B xo
