One of the reasons I became a Personal Trainer is because over my own personal Transformation Journey I watched people lose weight, reach there GOALS and then all of a sudden, they would disappear from the GYM completely. Until one day they'd come back almost always WORSE OFF, From where they STARTED :-/
I personally preach that WEIGHTLOSS itself is EASY......
It's KEEPING it off, now that's the HARD part! My style of Personal Training is to prescribe the EXERCISE to suit YOU & your personal abilities to aid your WEIGHT LOSS & ultimately change the habits in ur life that got you that way in the START
Of course , Not all at once, just one by one. I will help tweak the smaller things to help you adapt your mind and body to change :-)
Exercise isn't a MAGICAL cure to weight loss, all it does is create a caloric deficit that allows you to lose body fat :-) So as your PT I will plan out your TRANSFORMATION JOURNEY & help u adapt your lifestyle to suit. The TIMEFRAME needed to lose the weight will only take as long as the amount of KG's that u have initially got to LOSE! But the rate of the WEIGHT LOSS will still always come down to a persons WILLINGNESS to CHANGE.......

Between the Hours of Daytime 10am -2pm Mon-Fri
Night time 530pm - 830pm Mon-Thur
Group Session 4-530pm Sun
