Autobiography of a Yogi, by Paramhansa Yogananda, is not an ordinary book. It is a spiritual treasure. To read its message of hope to all truthseekers is to begin a great adventure. First published in 1946, this book helped launch a spiritual revolution throughout the world.

On the road, memorizing Paramhansa Yogananda’s Samadhi poem, and embracing the divine inspiration it brings. ✨ ✨ Paramhansa Yogananda encouraged his disciples to memorize the poem “Samadhi” as a way to deepen their spiritual practice. According to Swami Kriyananda, Master advised reciting the poem daily to help interiorize one’s consciousness and to live in the expectation of truth. The poem “Samadhi,” found in both “Autobiography of a Yogi” and “Whispers from Eternity,” describes the state of cosmic consciousness and serves as a tool for meditation, helping individuals to expand their awareness beyond the physical realm and connect with the vastness of the universe.
