🌿 Sometimes life brings us full circle.
Today, someone reached out who I was involved with their diagnosis of Auditory Processing Disorder after a concussion 20 years ago. Two decades on, they are still struggling — because APD doesn’t just go away when it’s not addressed.

It’s also a reminder that APD is not a new thing. It has been recognised for a long time, it affects adults as well as children, and the impacts of concussion can last a lifetime if the right support isn’t in place.

It’s never too late to get help, and change is always possible. 💚

This step is close to our hearts, because sometimes the smallest tools make the biggest difference.
