Any insights you have in therapy are just the beginning of a journey towards change, not the
finish line.
Insights alone about your patterns, childhood influences, and relationship dynamics will not lead to change unless you choose to do something differently outside the therapy room.
Taking your therapy insights into your day to day life and noticing where you are in autopilot is where it all begins...
