Eugenia is the founder of Mindfoodness and her mission is to help people to re-discover their joy with eating, love for movement and stop feeling “crazy” about food and their bodies. Basically, Eugenia’s dream is that nobody feels the need to diet to feel beautiful, loved and accepted ever again.
Eugenia is a Binge Eating and Emotional Eating Expert with a BSc in Business Psychology, Mindfulness and Intuitive Nutrition Coach, Motivational Speaker and a Body Love Yoga Instructor.

Eugenia’s Bio:
Eugenia’s passion is in Eating Psychology to help people to re-wire their brain and their thinking patterns to overcome deep rooted eating challenges such as Binge Eating, Emotional Eating, Food Cravings and other disordered Eating bahaviours. She majored in coaching and personal development specializing on NLP and CBT. Eugenia furthered her education through the Integrative Institute of Nutrition by receiving a certificate in Holistic Nutrition and Health Coaching where she was trained in more than 100 dietary theories. Now Eugenia is using some of the most powerful tools when working with her clients: NLP, CBT, ACT (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy) and Mindfulness.
Eugenia’s expertise has been featured in media such as Stuff.co.nz, NEXT and NZ Good Healthy Choices. She has been interviewed few times on Radio Live talking about ending the war with food and body and body image and the shame that comes with it.
