We need your help to keep our clinics running on time!
A standard GP consultation is 15 minutes. To provide safe care and keep the waiting room moving for other patients, we ask that you stick to one or two concerns maximum per visit.
Why the limit?
A 15-minute slot isn't just for talking. It must also cover:
❌ Reviewing your medical history.
❌ Writing clinical notes and prescriptions.
❌ Processing referrals and lab forms.
When patients bring a "list" of multiple issues, it causes delays for every patient booked after them.
The Rules:
✅ Prioritise: Focus on your most urgent issue first.
✅ Book Extra: If you have more than two problems, please book a double appointment.
