Medeor Pay by Link is up and running at Rata Health. All future invoices and statements will be sent with the Medeor link option to pay your account online.

You still have the option to pay in clinic or do a direct deposit into our bank account, using your NHI number or Chart number as reference.

Exciting NEWS - online appointment booking is now available through Manage My Health for the Five Cross Roads Clinic.

At this time it is only available for the Five Cross Roads Clinic and we hope to be able to include the Rototuna Clinic at some point in the future.

Our clinics will close at 4pm Friday 26 January and open at 10am on Tuesday 30 January.

Manage My Health messaging will be unavailable from Thursday 25 January until Thursday 1 February 2024.

Coming soon - Pay by Link with Medtech Medeor.
We will start using a Pay by Link system from February 2024. It sends out an invoice and payment link via email or text that patients can click on to pay invoices securely. Safe and secure with no card details saved anywhere. An email with all the details will be sent out to patients this week.
