Waikato Reiki Centre Reiki is a Japanese technique for relaxation and stress reduction that gently balances life energies and also promotes healing. Several options are available.

Reiki is very simple, non-invasive yet very powerful. During a Reiki treatment recipients can enter a very deep state of relaxation. As recipients relax, their own energy can flow in a more natural, self-healing way which supports the body's own healing ability. If you would like to learn Reiki, Caterina Findsen teaches Reiki Level 1 , 2 & 3a on an individual or group basis as per request. This t

raining can be organised to suit you. Reiki is a simple and safe, natural healthcare system that can easily be learnt by anyone for self-care and the care of family, friends and clients. Reiki treats the whole person, including body, emotions, mind and spirit, creating many beneficial effects that include relaxation and feelings of peace, security and wellbeing. Reiki has been effective in helping many illnesses and creates a beneficial effect. It also works in conjunction with all other medical or therapeutic techniques to relieve side effects and promote recovery.

The upcoming Reiki News is coming together, and we would love to include more stories from our members.

Do you use Reiki in an interesting or meaningful way?

Perhaps Reiki supports:
• your own personal wellbeing and spiritual growth
• your family, friends, or clients
• animals or pets
• pregnancy, birth, or postnatal support
• times of stress, grief, or life change
• your workplace, business, or creative life
• your connection with nature or daily rituals

Your story does not need to be formal or perfectly written. What matters most is your authentic experience and the difference Reiki has made in your life or the lives of others.

Even if you only practise Reiki on yourself, your journey may deeply inspire another member.

Articles can be 300–1000 words, and we are very happy to help with editing, proofreading, and polishing grammar.

If you have ever thought, “Maybe my story could help someone else,” this is the perfect opportunity to share it.
