Love & Light I am a Energy Healer and Light worker using different modality's to help assist others through different forms of massage and healing's.

My vision is to have a Healing Centre. Where healers live and help others who come to the Marae type setting for healing. One place where Mirimiri, energy healing, dimensional healing, reiki, psychic surgery, counselling is all part of the package. we are one vehicle yet we are many. Each part of our being needs different sorts of healings to get to the parts that need help or assistance. Like your car needs an electrician and a mechanic and an auto body specialist so do we. A group of healers working together to aid the community. My page is open to all who would like to add their bits on assisting others in letting go and getting healed. It is easy and works better to be a team. My vision is a light house to reach many.

BESTANDDELE:
375 ml fyn gekapte uie
50 ml botter of margarien...
125 ml tamatiesous
60 ml water
25 ml bruinsuiker
25 ml suurlemoensap
15 ml asyn
15 ml worcestersous
10 ml braaivleisspeserye

METODE:
Braai die uie liggies in die botter of margarien.
Voeg die res van die bestanddele by en verhit tot kookpunt.

Verminder hitte en laat die sous sowat 15 minute stadig prut.
Baie lekker op pap saam met braaivleis.

1½ koppie water en 1 koppie mieliemeel
Vir sagte ontbytpap
2 koppies water en 1 koppie mieliemeel
Vir krummelpap
1 koppie water en 1 koppie mieliemeel

Só maak jy

Stywe- en ontbytpap
1 Meng die helfte van die koue water met die mieliemeel en hou dit eenkant. Gooi dan die res van die water in ’n pot, geur dit met sout, en verhit die water tot dit vinnig borrel en kook.
2 Gooi die meelmengsel by en verlaag die hitte. Prut die pap vir 20-30 minute terwyl jy dit aanhoudend roer om ’n gladde dog stywe tekstuur te kry. Stywepap prut omtrent 5 minute langer as ontbytpap.

Krummelpap
1 Gooi die water in ’n pot met ’n deksel, geur dit met sout en verhit dit tot kookpunt. Gooi al die mieliemeel op een slag by sodat dit op ’n hoop in die middel van die pot lê. Moenie dit roer nie.

2 Sit die deksel op en kook die meeltoring vir 7 minute.
3 Krap die pap met ’n vurk los sodat dit fyn krummels maak.
4 Draai die hitte laer (of verminder die kole) en stoom die pap vir 20-30 minute tot dit sag en gaar is.
5 Roer ’n klontjie botter in en skep op.
