Quitting smoking/vaping is easier when you’re not alone. To support you on your quit journey, we are teaming up with Quit Smoking - Once and For All to organise a FREE drop-in clinic for our NorthCare Medical patients on 8 August 2024 at Western Community Centre, Nawton, Hamilton.

✅No appointment necessary - just drop in anytime between 2:30pm to 5pm. There you will meet a quit coach for a one-on-one conversation, non-judgmental support and useful resources.
