Pole Fitness class for new/ recent postpartum mums.
45mins class which your welcome to bring Bub along too.
Classes are designed especially for new mums who want to regain strength, fitness and have some fun. Suitable for absolute beginners to pole or anyone returning to pole after baby.
What to Expect:
- Low-impact, core-strengthening workout tailored for postnatal recovery.
- Fun, beginner-friendly pole skills to rebuild strength and coordination.
- Relaxed, baby-friendly environment. Less structure than typical classes.
This is a 6week course.
Same day and time for 6 consecutive weeks.
We do strongly recommend that you are at least 8 weeks postpartum, if you are unsure if you are ready to start fitness classes please check with your woman's health specialist prior.
Laura your instructor is a certified pregnancy and postpartum corrective exercise specialist, and certified Xpert Pole Fitness instructor. Mum of one, Pole dancers for over 18years.
Suitable for babies up to crawling age.
