Gratitude is good for refocusing and evaluating life. We all have something to be grateful for but too often we get lost in the pain and fail to recognise the blessings.
Take time to do an inventory of your blessings and you will be surprised at the miracles in your life.
Gratitude boosters your immunity and changes your countenance.

Just as your life has purpose (it does), even life situations have a purpose. The trick is trying to find purpose in the pain or Joy or the challenge.

The purpose is usually hidden from us. It's not in plain sight and that's why we need others to help us navigate the mire.

Don't be afraid to ask for help. Keep asking until you find the answer. It's there somewhere and it may not look like the answer you are looking for but it's there.

Hold on! Help is on the way!

Grieving is personal. There's no right or wrong way to grieve. It's not a competition as to who should grieve or you is more entitled to grieve more.
Often people who are grieving feel guilty because they feel their loss isn't as bad as the people in that place or the other place so chin up and continue with life.
I say if you are feeling the pain, if you have lost something or someone, it's normal to grieve, you have a right to grieve. You are entitled to grieve.

However, if you are concerned about your or a loved one's grieving process, talk to someone. Don't do it alone. Help is available.
