Regulations that will soon allow podiatrists to prescribe certain medicines have been approved, giving patients with painful foot and leg conditions better access to healthcare.

Health Minister Dr Shane Reti and Associate Minister David Seymour say it’s great news that podiatrists will soon be able to prescribe medicines, meaning patients with painful foot and leg conditions don’t have to make a separate trip to the doctor.

Flex Podiatry - Super Star Office Person - approx 30 hours/ week
We are a small business looking for a highly organised and motivated Receptionist/Office All-Rounder / Administrator to provide administration and support to the Clinic Director. This is a pivotal person in the practice environment, as the first point of contact with patients and visitors. We are looking for that person who will go above and beyond for our clients ensuring that they have a great experience in our clinic.
Responsibilities:
- maintaining office systems, including data management and filing
dealing with incoming phone calls, deliveries, enquiries and requests, and handling them when appropriate
- appointment scheduling
- retail product sales
- assisting with instrument processing
- ordering stock
-Invoicing
-Infection control / Cleaning
Skills Required:
- current driver's license
- exceptional written and oral communication skills
- excellent word processing and IT skills
- strong organisational and time management skills
- the ability to work on your own initiative
- attention to detail

Podiatrist - Full time (30-40 hours/ week)

We are an accredited employer for NZ Immigration and can assist with 2 year ‘work to permanent residence visa’ as a Podiatrist in NZ.

We are looking for a full time permanent employed Podiatrist to join our team at Flex Podiatry in Hamilton - New Zealand. We have a main base in Hillcrest Hamilton with multiple satellite clinics and services we provide around Hamilton and the greater Waikato region.
