In February 2000 I had a realization. In 2001 I was ready to follow that reality. I surrendered the corporate world to follow my passion of helping others to move from surviving their lives to thriving in their lives.

And so MBS Balance Ltd officially began.

MBS stands for Mind Body and Soul. I believe a balance of all three creates harmony for the individual - that's you :-)
