Sunshine and lunch with one of my oldest family friends… nice to be in Brisbane for a quick visit and hug. Always a tear when we say hello and hug and smile when we say goodbye ❤️

2 years ago Duncan and I took a leap into the unknown and we started up a fitness studio… a brand that wasn’t known, and something new to New Zealand.

There’s been blood, sweat and tears ! And a massive amount of belief in myself and my family that we can provide a solution to our community for a safe, warm and friendly environment to smash out some personal goals no matter what they are.

This journey has been a journey of growth, self belief, hard work and full of amazing people who have supported us along the way.

Thank you to everyone who has followed our journey and supported us - we could not have become this amazing fitness studio without you.

We have amazing things to come - so watch this space 💥💪💥
