I will work with you to help you overstep your limitations aiding long term health and well being. Specialist personal training areas I focus on include working with Lifestyle diseases such as obesity, diabetes, high blood pressure, and rehabilitation. Designing personalized programmes to help increase strength, self confidence and cardiovascular health. Contact me now for an initial 30 minute session free of charge to introduce myself and to discuss your aims, goals, and needs. From there we will provide a health assessment including flexibility checks, blood pressure check and different body measurements can be measured to establish the baseline from which we will increase your health and fitness. I will provide you with regular follow ups to discuss how you have developed towards your targets.
