New event announced - I am holding a matcha and green tea workshop in Hawke's Bay on Saturday 5 April. This is an introduction to the world of green tea. Participants will learn how to brew a range of green teas, plus whisk up their own perfect bowl of matcha. Hosted by The Yoga Space Hastings. COLD BREW TEA. Perfect for a hot day like today. I'm using a cold brew T filter bottle to brew this single farm Sencha Gokou. This will keep nicely in the fridge for a couple of days and can be re-brewed to keep enjoying. A great option for a cool, refreshing, healthy (and sugar free) drink.
