Tracey Aubin Midwife- nee harris Hi, I am back working as a midwife after having a break to open up a childcare centre, am loving it Congratulations!

Perhaps your looking at this page because your pregnant or you have been/are one of my amazing clients :) Welcome, i hope you find it interesting, along the way if you find any interesting articles, tips, hints or photos of your baby or children i have delivered i would love you to share it here. Having this page will be a nice way for me to look back to over the years and it will be a nice way for us to keep in touch. I love my job and feel privileged to share it and be apart of this special time with you. I work and share a caseload with Lara Evans - she is simply a beautiful person and together we offer great service and care for the women we care for. I have a very large but "fun" blended family - i myself have given birth five times but also have two step children as well. I believe the role of being a good step parent is incredibly important. Having a great husband who supports and believes in me is paramount in this job and I am lucky to say Johnny is great and together we have seven children aged between eighteen and three. I take pride in giving women good common sense care with safety as my working ethic and motto. Seeing women become mothers and men become fathers is so very special ad for some families i have been able to deliver all of there children (six for one family) and what a proud moment when i see them again and hear about how they are all doing. Weather you come to me for midwifery or not i would like to say "well done, be strong and enjoy your new baby, it will be the hardest but most rewarding thing you have ever done"

A birth partner brings so much to a birth team.

This birth partner in particular, he encouraged, he held, he supported, was there through every contraction. It painted the picture for me that birth is a ’team sport’ (we all know the women are the MVP in every birth), the support person, midwife and doctors play such a beautiful role to help empower the one birthing.

Hi everyone, I am currently taking a year or so off practising as I have opened up Old Macdonalds Rural education and care centre and I really appreciate all the support and very special relationships I have formed with you all over the years-I have for 17 yrs enjoyed midwifery and I'm sure I'll be back 😉
