I barely post on here as I'm quite private about the work I do with clients in this space, but I am just so honoured to be able to care for people when they feel so broken. When they feel at their most vulnerable, they trust me to help create balance of their body and emotions. The person leaving my studio is a different version entirely❤️
It's so much more than a massage, but too much to explain in a post. You have to experience it to know. I'm so incredibly thankful for what I get to do for 'work'

Not a bad place to work❤️ Enjoying a barefoot walk on my driveway between massage and facial clients this afternoon.
I know it can feel very tense and busy at this time of year, but doing some nature bathing during the day always seems to resettle the body and reduce stress.

My treatment bed actually looked sad after this mornings facial client had left😜
It was an ideal time to be bundled up for some hands on goodness with it being so cold outside 🥶
(Those are heated stones that clients hold in their hands for all therapies, and the black strip is a head band)
