We are absolutely delighted that this has been sorted after 2 years, and it is now no longer a barrier for patients to have ingrown toenail surgery.

Note: October will be the first shipment but please contact us if you need toenail surgery or have a ingrown toenail in general.

Patients who visited a podiatrist for an ingrown toenail had to go to their GP for a prescription, collect it from a pharmacy, and return to the podiatrist to have the nail treated.

Serena Murrity - Podiatrist

Originally a King Country girl, Serena grew up competing in athletics and playing football. Her love for podiatry stemmed from there and then she ventured to AUT to complete her qualifications.

Outside of work you'll find Serena running, watching sports, heading to the gym or even reading a good book!

Areas of interest include:

- Sports biomechanics (especially football)
- Acute or chronic injuries
- Paediatric injuries

Wendy opened the doors to the practice in 2016 in order to provide the Waikato region with the best podiatry services. With a huge passion for all things sports, you'll find her playing netball, touch and even volleyball.
