PRESEASON PREHAB: BUILD YOUR FOUNDATION BEFORE YOU COMPETE
Preseason isn’t just about getting fit — it’s about preparing your body to stay strong, resilient, and ready for the demands of your sport.
1. Proprioception — Your Body’s GPS Sharpen balance and control with simple drills like single‑leg holds, eyes‑closed balance, or light hop‑and‑land work.
2. Single‑Limb Strength — Stability & Symmetry Most athletic movements happen off one leg, so build strength and support with single‑leg calf raises, hinge variations, or split‑stance squats.
3. Sport‑Specific Prep — Train for What You Play Rehearse the movements your sport demands: accelerating, stopping, changing direction, landing well, and conditioning at game‑like intensity.
