Hey, It's our busy time of year. However, our cancellation and rescheduling policy remains unchanged.
As a small business, we operate strictly on booked appointments, not walk-ins, meaning cancelled appointments result in lost time and incur unavoidable babysitter fees for which I, as a mom, am responsible for.
This policy protects our time and ensures a smooth operation.
Please take a moment to review our policies before scheduling an appointment to ensure a clear understanding of our business practices.
We acknowledge that unforeseen circumstances can arise; however, short-notice received a few hours prior to an appointment may not be accommodated as this policy enables effective schedule management and fulfillment of financial commitments.
