We have listened and we have learnt. We have tried and we have offered.
It’s to be another time, a slightly different offering.

There’s been so many events go by the way-side these past couple of years and it’s sad to see another one. Alas, next time.

We are grateful for so much it’s hard to list them all. We are however, eternally grateful for all people who have supported the Honour Festival journey.

While the journey is not over, our 1-day Wellness Workshop sadly cannot continue this September. With fewer tickets sold than would cover expenses, we have regretfully had to inform our loyal supporters, those who paid and anticipated joining us for a beautiful day of wellness next wend, that we have had to cancel this next event.

We are working through refunds and will be in touch with you asap if we have not done so already.

We’ve been leaning into acceptance today.

Acceptance of what is, what can not be changed, what unfolds.

When we sit and meditate and listen to our heart Center and really notice our breath, we’re able to follow our instincts to choose the right path.

Did you know that laughing not only eases stress levels, promotes social bonding, and lower blood pressure. It’s also known to boost your immunity 🙌🏻

So get some humour in your life, dad jokes work, as does comedy on TV, even laughter yoga 🧘🏻‍♀️ and be sure to laugh with friends too!

For those of you unsure about sound healing or what that experiential journey could do for you. Listen to this link, it’s only a few minutes long and it’s an example of what sound healing is.

I’ve only experienced Sound Healing once before but I’ve heard the vibrations it raises in you can be an extremely powerful tool for healing deep rooted emotions and traumas. We all carry some skeletons and it’s wonderful to be able to release them.
