❤️ Happy International Receptionist Day ❤️

Today we celebrate the wonderful receptionists who are at the heart of our rural health service. Whether it’s answering the phone, welcoming people through the door, helping patients navigate appointments, or simply offering a kind smile and listening ear - they do it all with care and compassion.

Here at Hanmer Springs Health Centre, our reception team are often the first point of contact for our community and we are incredibly grateful for everything they do for our patients, whānau and visitors each and every day.

💚 We're proud to partner with Gumboot Friday! 💚

Gumboot Friday is doing incredible mahi providing mental health support and that's something we care deeply about too.

As a provider of a Rural Adult ADHD service, we know how important it is for rural communities to be able to access the right support at the right time. We are so glad to be part of an initiative that's working to make that a reality for more New Zealanders.

👓 Our community helping others 💛

We are proud to be a collection point for unwanted glasses and cases. Thanks to your support, we have just been able to donate 20 pairs to Ella - who is taking them to help people in the Cook Islands.

If you have any you no longer need, feel free to drop them in at reception. Every pair can make a difference.

A great milestone for Hanmer Springs! Work is now underway on our new emergency helipad, strengthening emergency care for our community. 🚁 Thank you Hanmer Springs Community Trust and our wonderful community for making this become a reality.

🚁🚁 Today is a very exciting day for us at the Trust and Hanmer Springs Health Centre . The construction of the Helipad has begun. 🤗
