🌟 🌟Exciting News for Our Health Centre! 🌟🌟

We were delighted to welcome John and Annie from Four Square Hanmer Springs to check out our brand-new ECG machine - a fantastic addition to our facility that's already making a difference.

A huge thank you to everyone who took part in the Hanmer Half Marathon back in May, and to Four Square Hanmer Springs for generously sponsoring this amazing community event. 🙌

Thanks to your support, the Hanmer Springs Community Trust was able to use the proceeds to fund this vital piece of equipment. Your footsteps are helping us take big strides in community health.

A shoutout to Jessica Gibson, our Nurse Practitioner intern, for demonstrating how the machine works to John, Annie, their daughter Ella, and Shelley, Chair of the Hanmer Springs Community Trust.

The Hanmer Springs Community Trust is building a dedicated emergency helipad and pathway to the health centre and it’s going to save lives.
Right now, rescue helicopters land on a grassy reserve, which can cause delays and add risk in bad weather conditions or at night.
The new helipad will make it quicker and easier to get critical medical support to Hanmer Springs residents and the many hundreds of thousands of people who visit the village each year.
With your support, we can make it happen. So stay tuned as we’ll be launching a public fundraising campaign very soon and every dollar helps.
Together, we can give our emergency crews the tools they need to save lives.
