ISMRM represents 6,000–8,000 neuroscientists and MRI researchers from around the globe — making this one of the most significant scientific audiences reflexology has ever reached.
This is the second time reflexology research has been brought to a stage of this caliber, bridging the worlds of complementary therapy and cutting-edge neuroimaging. Dr. Posse’s work is a profound validation of what our community has believed for decades.

Not all “reflexology” is the same

Some practices offer relaxing foot massages and call it reflexology.

True reflexology is different. 🙏❤️
When you come for a reflexology session, I and reflexologists around the world ask about your health, and any concerns you may have. This is physical and mental health.

Why? Because reflexology is personalised., focussing on what you need to improve your wellbeing.

Specific treatments and reflex points are used depending on what your body and mind need.

After 25+ years, I still find it amazing how the body and mind respond when the right areas are supported.

If you are looking for more than a relaxing foot rub, reflexology may be worth exploring.

The Nervous System Is the Key to Our Health

So many health challenges begin with a nervous system that’s been in survival mode for too long.

Reflexology supports the nervous system to become peaceful, settle and reset. When that happens, everything else follows including all body systems, digestion, sleep, hormones, breathing, focus and energy.

This is not a useless treatment, it is a support for our wellbeing.
