Totara Health Totara Health has two clinics one in Hastings 06 873 0101 and one in Flaxmere 06 873 9024. Our opening hours are 9am - 5pm Monday to Friday.

Totara Health provides quality, low-cost healthcare 5 days a week from our two clinics in Hastings and Flaxmere. We offer a full service of healthcare including health checks, immunisations and health and wellbeing advice, for parents and guardians, to older people and youth. We are dedicated to providing the best possible care for our community in a safe, supportive environment.

We’re excited to share that Tōtara Health is now offering a new Adult ADHD Assessment Service at our Nelson Street clinic.

This service is designed to support you in gaining clarity, insight, and the right next steps because understanding your brain can be a powerful part of your wellbeing journey.

How it works:

🧩 If accepted, complete your assessment with our trained team

Cost:
$550 (Initial Assessment & 1 x Follow-Up Consult)

✔️ People under 65 with long‑term conditions (asthma on preventer, diabetes, heart or lung conditions – see full list on IMAC website)
✔️ Pregnant people
✔️ People with certain mental health conditions
✔️ Tamariki 6months – 4 years who have been hospitalized for or have significant history of respiratory illness
